Born with Cerebral Palsy, Michael developed a strong taste for music, but was unable to commit as a musician due to his lack of physical strength. Instead, he began interviewing bands and working as a radio DJ in the 1980s. But the Boston scene wasn’t enough for Michael, as he made the journey to Los Angeles, discovered by Joey Travolta & Inclusion Films, helping launch his own production company that employs people with disabilities, and meeting others making their mark in the disabled entertainment community.

In this short documentary, Director Seth M. Shulman launches a vivid adventure while Michael reads pages straight from his memoir of the same name, as his present and past life merge in a series of short stories about his journey into adulthood.
