Spring 2014. Inclusion Films, a practical film workshop located throughout California & in Michigan are in their 9th year of operation. The following summer founder Joey Travolta and his crew go on the road to three states to host their annual summer film camps. Six individuals from each film workshop get the job experience of a lifetime when they are hired as crew and travel across the country to work at Joey Travolta’s summer film camps. Here their skills as film students and adults with developmental disabilities are tested in a series of events that ask the question, “What does it mean to be independent?".
